Hello.

How to create Ad Exchange account to use Real Time Bidding?

If i follow the link http://google.com/adxbuyer, it logins me to the google Adwords, but not in Doubleclick. Also i cannot log in to the support.google.com/adxseller it tells me "The username or password you entered is incorrect."

I tried to use "Contact Us" form on the developers.google.com/ad-exchange and www.doubleclick.com, but didn't recieve any answer for the two weeks!

Hi,

I'll be glad to help you, but I'm bit confused if you are requiring a buyer or a seller account? my guess is that the login you are using is for a buyer account therefore it will not work in the adxseller support site. Though if you want to use real-time bidding then what you need is a buyer account.

Just to clarify, could you be more specific on what contact us form did you use? can you give me the link to it? I'll make sure someone follow up with you on that.

Someone deleted my previous message :-(

I tried to contact Doubleclick using this form http://support.google.com/adxbuyer/bin/request.py?&contactus=1

I want to use real time bidding so I need Ad Exchange buyer account. But www.google.com/adxbuyer logins me to Adwords account, and there is no any abilities to set up real time bidding or enable real time bidding to my campaigns, shown on this video http://goo.gl/7nTEf 

On https://code.google.com/apis/console/ i've enabled API for Ad Exchange Buyer API but I have no ideas where I should provide url where google will send bid requests to. Also there is no information about account representative to get testing software (https://developers.google.com/ad-exchange/rtb/test-guide)

Please can you tell if i doing something wrong?
