50% less money than original adsense account

Hello,

We are using double click ad exchange for about a week. Since 1 year our lowest cost per click was 0.25 euro cents. Now the maximum that we are making is 0.15 euro per click. Can you give me some advice what is the problem and does Adex takes some commission from our profit.
