New account fields (i.e. numberActiveCreatives) breaking patch calls

Previously working patch calls started to fail with the below error:

(403) numberActiveCreatives cannot be changed through the Accounts resource

Sample post bodies:

{"bidderLocation":[{"maximumQps":1500,"region":"US_EAST"}]}

or

{"bidderLocation":[{"maximumQps":300,"region":"EUROPE","url":"http:\/\/eu-url.eu"},{"maximumQps":200,"region":"ASIA","url":"http:\/\/asia-url.asia"},{"maximumQps":100,"region":"US_WEST","url":"http:\/\/west-url.com"},{"maximumQps":1500,"region":"US_EAST","url":"http:\/\/east-url.com"}]}

so clearly not trying to change the new read only field numberActiveCreatives (or maximumActiveCreatives ).

Any idea what's going on? Thnx in advance.
