Hello,

We are currently having a valid Ad Exchange Account, and we are running several RTB based campaigns. Our account has been running for sometime now.

We are currently trying to do a simple REST API call to the Ad Exchange to get the user's list of accounts. Yet, we are failing to receive any response of our current accounts.

I am doing the REST request through the OAuth 2.0 Playground as:

GET /adexchangebuyer/v1.3/accounts HTTP/1.1
Host: www.googleapis.com
Content-length: 0
Authorization: Bearer
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-length: 44
X-xss-protection: 1; mode=block
Content-location: https://www.googleapis.com/adexchangebuyer/v1.3/accounts
X-content-type-options: nosniff
Expires: Mon, 14 Jul 2014 05:26:56 GMT
Server: GSE
Etag:
Cache-control: private, max-age=0, must-revalidate, no-transform
Date: Mon, 14 Jul 2014 05:26:56 GMT
X-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN
Content-type: application/json; charset=UTF-8
{

"kind": "adexchangebuyer#accountsList"
}

As you can see, the response has no listed accounts.

Am I doing something wrong in the call? Do I need to activate or changes a specific setting from the Ad Exchange dashboard (UI)?

Your help will be appreciated :)

Thank you in advance

Hello,

One more thing to add, I have tried to make another REST request with the "Customer ID" provided at the top of the dashboard.

https://www.googleapis.com/adexchangebuyer/v1.3/accounts/{id}
GET /adexchangebuyer/v1.3/accounts/111 HTTP/1.1
Host: www.googleapis.com
Content-length: 0
Authorization: Bearer
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
Content-length: 205
X-xss-protection: 1; mode=block
X-content-type-options: nosniff
Expires: Mon, 14 Jul 2014 05:36:30 GMT
Server: GSE
Cache-control: private, max-age=0
Date: Mon, 14 Jul 2014 05:36:30 GMT
X-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN
Content-type: application/json; charset=UTF-8
{

"error": {

"code": 404,

"message": "The account id was not found.",

"errors": [

{

"domain": "global",

"message": "The account id was not found.",

"reason": "notFound"

}

]

}
}

Please do advice.

Thank you

This is a duplicate of a question answered on the Open Bidder forum.
