ERROR: The caller does not have permission

I see the following error when I try to access the Real-time Bidding API:

Based on the error response provided, it looks like you might have unintentionally specified a buyer resource ID of 0–this would essentially mean that you're trying to list creatives on behalf of a buyer account where its ID is "0". This API error is one you would see when your provided credentials don't have permission to access a specified account, which seems correct given that you do not have access to that account.
