Inquiry About Integrating DSP with Google Ad Manager via RTB

I am reaching out to inquire about the requirements for connecting to Google Ad Manager via RTB (Real-Time Bidding) as a DSP or ad network and expand my ads inventory. I would like to know whether it is possible to establish this connection as an individual without a registered company, or if having a registered legal entity is mandatory.

Additionally, once the integration is successfully established, would I be able to offer services to my clients through this connection?
