Hi,

Currently, conversions from bid responses from bidder are seeing 0 conversions to bid in RTB breakout graph.
I am guessing there is some issue with the response bidder is sending.

I want to know the reason. I know since its OpenRTB protocol, bidder feedback is not supported. However, is there any way I can get a daily report of why bids failed or any other information?

Hi Mark,

I tried to use the API but it is throwing "503 error Service Unavailable".

Hello Gagan,

You can generate reports to get a better idea of what is causing this; you can find these in the RTB Report Guide. In this case, I would recommend running a Snippet Status Report to determine why you're getting filtered.

Hi Mark,

Right now, we are in testing phase.
I was hoping that before we go live, we could run some test campaigns on AdX and compare numbers on both ends.

1. It is possible that macros are not implemented properly.
2. It is possible that there is some issue with the response format (required field missing/mismatch of value)
3. Performance Reports cannot be enabled until we go live, hence I cannot know if responses are parsable or not.

I want to have a little more confidence if the integration with AdX on OpenRTB Protobuf is correct or not.
