Hello.
I am a DSP developer using Authorized Buyers RTB.
I need help with matching cookies.

I want to change and register the cookie match URL and pixel match URL on the page, but it doesn't work.

First of all, I put in an inquiry in the question mark icon on the page, but I haven't received an answer for a few months.

Is there a way to get a direct or quick response?

This support forum is intended to assist with issues relating to Authorized Buyers APIs–we have limited visibility into account configuration issues such as this.

My understanding is that the only Cookie Matching feature that is currently modifiable by users is the Cookie matching toggle at the top of the Cookie Matching page. Other fields like the network ID and URLs are not modifiable–these are usually configured with a Technical Account Manager during onboarding. If you need to modify these values, you would need to get in touch with a Technical Account Manager. Alternatively, if you don't happen to know of one assigned to your account, you can fill out this form to request assistance.
