Dear list, Ali and Vic:
Apologies, for posting it here, mainly because I do NOT know how to post a bug report to Google.

Background:
It is fairly easy to embed a YouTube video onto a page:
http://home.commerce.gov/
When one knows of the video ID:
http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/QSX_DUe2-3E?rel=0

I tried to to do something similar with a Google-Docs-Video a few minutes ago.
I wish there was 'one' method to display both videos (G-Docs or YouTube).

First, we created the captioned-video (works, captioned words starts at 6/7th second):

But unfortunately, the embeded-video code shown to us in the Google-Enterprise web-portal, does NOT display the captioned text (I hit the CC-logo---it keeps spinning):
I use the following text from the right-hand-pane of the Google-Docs-Video page:
<p>
<object width='640' height='385'><param name='movie' value='https://video.google.com/get_player?docid=0B0ykdkyqboFsOGE5ZTZjYTYtMGI1NS00ZmI2LThhNDYtYzg5ZGQ3Yjc0ODM4&ps=docs&partnerid=30'></param><param name='allowFullScreen' value='true'></param><param name='allowScriptAccess' value='always'></param><embed src='https://video.google.com/get_player?docid=0B0ykdkyqboFsOGE5ZTZjYTYtMGI1NS00ZmI2LThhNDYtYzg5ZGQ3Yjc0ODM4&ps=docs&partnerid=30' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' allowfullscreen='true' allowScriptAccess='always' width='640' height='385'></embed></object>
</p>

---Any inputs are appreciated.

Hi Alex,

No problem posting here, though it might not help you much!

I just tried both links and the embedded video shows the captions as
with the non-embedded. The cc button causes the spinner to spin until
the first caption is reached.

Anyone else reproduce this issue?

Regards

Hi Ali,
Wow, it is working now!
Thank you for looking it over.

That leads me to believe that there may have been some sort of long Q for the internal Google Process so that the CC can display properly.

Note: I now find another issue/bug.
If I am logged in with ONE google-account that is the original google-account that created the video, and even though I state that the video is to be shared with public (completely open to viewing), the video does NOT play, if I log in with ANOTHER Google-account: it reports an error occurred.

It is as if the google-doc-video page, examines one's authentication token, before it displays the page (or at least that is what I think is happening).  There should be an exception in your code to allow viewing of the public G-Doc-Video. Should be an easy fix.
