what's type of file can upload via google docs api, and when I upload
the file, what's the value of "X-Upload-Content-Type". where can I get
the list of that???

From our documentation:

"To upload and convert a text document, follow the instructions in
Uploading a new document or file with both metadata and content. When
doing so, specify an HTTP X-Upload-Content-Type of the MIME type of
the content being uploaded. Valid content types for conversion to
Google Docs text documents are specified by the metadata feed
docs:importFormat elements with a target of document."

If the mime type you specify is not one of the listed import formats,
you can upload it as a file. Be sure to specify convert=false then.
