Error getting documents

i'm getting different results depending of the permission of the doc with the same url, i mean if i ask for all the documents that a user has with this url 

https://docs.google.com/feeds/default/private/full/

the result entry's of this url don't return me some docs where i have permission just of view by the domain of the organization, but if the permission is explicit , the document is returned by the url above

Example:

document1.doc  ---> Permission People at Network SAS can find and view.     : If the permission is in this way the doc is not returned

but if the permission is like this

document1.doc  ---> Permission People at Network SAS can find and view    AND  Alexander Herrera (you) can (view/edit):  If the permission is in this way the doc is returned

Why is this happening? the url is correct?
