What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to upload a NEW xls sheet using google-docs-upload 1.4.4
2. DON'T specify the option "--without-conversion"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the file to be uploaded, instead I get an error saying: "Uploading
without conversion is only available to Google Apps for Business accounts".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4.4, linux, java

Please provide any additional information below.
If a file with the same name has been already uploaded, and choosing to
replace the file when prompted or passing the --replace-all option to the
jar, then the file will upload successfully. I used v1.4.3 to upload the
sheet and had no problems, this seems to affect v1.4.4 only.

Hi,

Thank you for a quick bug report. This was another problem with mime types.
I've fixed it, please try 1.4.5 and let me know whether it fixes the
problem for you.
