We are pleased to announce that M106 is released on Deep Learning VMs, Deep Learning Containers, and User-managed Notebooks.

We are pleased to announce that M106 is released on Deep Learning VMs, Deep Learning Containers, and User-managed Notebooks.
DLVM:
- Rolled back a previous change in which Jupyter dependencies were located in a separate Conda environment.
- Miscellaneous software updates.
- Miscellaneous software updates.
User-managed Notebooks:
- Rolled back a previous change in which Jupyter dependencies were located in a separate Conda environment.
- Fixed a bug in which kernels used by notebooks did not contain the specified machine learning frameworks.
- Miscellaneous software updates.
