Please find the details of our service as below.  

Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)

As part of the Pre-Production Inspection, an IDFL inspector will work with the factory employees to make sure that they understand the product specifications before products are made.

Initial Production Inspection (IPI)

The Initial Product Inspection will help verify that the factory not only understood the product specifications but that the first few products coming off the line are being built according to specifications.

 

During Production Inspection  (DUPRO)

When a shipment is less than 80% complete, IDFL will go into the factory and perform a DUPRO to ensure that the products meet the expected quality. Our inspectors will randomly pull samples from the shipment to inspect, and errors will be recorded and reported. The random testing method will help companies know whether the shipment meets quality standards. 

  

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI & FRI) 

When a shipment is 100% complete and at least 80% packaged, an FRI can be performed to ensure that the products meet the expected quality. Our inspectors will pull samples randomly from the shipment to inspect, and errors will be recorded and reported to you. This will help a company know that the shipment is meeting quality standards before it leaves the factory.

 

100% Inspection 

When needed, IDFL can perform a 100% inspection to verify that the entire shipment meets specifications.
