Google Libraries API should be renamed to Google Javascript Libraries API

Shouldn't this be called Google Javascript Libraries API instead of
just Google Libraries API? It's misleading when you first are using
Google APIs period and really, this is all about JavaScript here and
should be stated so. When you first glance the root title, you think
it's not applicable to using JS with google and might bypass this page
completely.
