productId you are using if it aligns with the REST ID format which is
channel:
contentLanguage:
targetCountry:
offerId. If you are still encountering the same item not found error thereafter, then please provide the API request you are using and its full response logs so I can take a closer look and assist you further.
On the other hand, can you kindly provide more context to the price mismatch issues you are having so I can provide concise guidance accordingly? Kindly provide you Merchant Center account ID for my investigation and attach screenshots showing the issue if possible.
