RE: Google Content API - Rate limit too high Exception

Hi,

This error occurs when you exceed per minute quota. The quotas here are per-method. Each method call within a custombatch call is counted separately against its specific quota. Please refer to the guide: https://developers.google.com/shopping-content/guides/limits

One of our microservice is throwing Google API exception with "Request rate too high" error. 
We are using Google Content API for Shopping. On max, we are sending only 100-150 requests every 15 min. But sometimes we get the above-mentioned exception. We also checked the API request count on the Google Cloud Console when the exception occurred, during the time it received only ~50 request. 

Issue Time: 
11th Sep 2022 between 9:55 pm to 10:00 pm
