Can we increase datafeeds.fetchnow limit?

Hi Team,

One of my partners is facing challenge with rate limits for feed creation as it is currently limited to 10 feeds per minute. However, since they have more accounts to create it's becoming time consuming. Is it possible to increase the rate limit on fetchnow method for datafeeds?

2. For which services and methods is the merchant requesting quota (e.g. products.insert, accounts.get, ...)?

3. What is the requested quota?

4. Why is the increase requested? (e.g. is it temporary or permanent, is the merchant increasing their inventory, ...)

Hey James,

Thank you for the revert. I tried replying with a reply to the author option only however, it was greyed out and hence, couldn't do so. Can you suggest the best way to proceed in future communications so that we can avoid posting sensitive information?

The requested quota increase is a permanent one as the partner will continue to add more merchants as we make progress with the partnership.

I got feedback from the rest of the team. Unfortunately, we’re not able to grant your quota increase request for datafeeds.fetchnow method. According to my colleague “We generally don't increase the  datafeeds.fetchnow quota. Merchants that end-up managing large number of feeds, should consider moving to API (product service) for product data uploads.”
