Hi,

I am trying to use regions.patch method to update region information, and I am able to update 'displayName' successfully. However, I am not able to update postalCodeArea. Here is a screenshot of the error message from 'Try this method' on api reference page.

Thank you for the help,
Zheng

Hello Zheng,

This is Maia from the Content API for Shopping Team. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Internal Errors are usually transient in nature. A retry of the request should work. Kindly try on your end and let us know if you still encounter the error. However, upon checking the screenshot attached, the RegionID is set to `12345678`. Would you be able to confirm if this is the correct RegionId? If not, kindly input the correct RegionID. You may use the regions.list to see the regions in your Merchant account with the corresponding RegionID.

Let us know how it goes on your end and provide us with the Complete API request and response logs in JSON format if you still experience the error in trying to update the postalCodeArea. Kindly also provide us with the Complete API request and response logs when you have successfully updated `displayName`.

Please provide us with the information via `Reply to privately to author` option. If the said option is not available on your end, you may send those requested details through this email alias <shopping-a...@google.com> instead.

Best Regards,
