Hi,
Why Condition showing two different values for the same product in two different places?

Raw feed attributes: Content API vs  Final attributes.

This is Ciara from the Content API support team. Thank you for reaching out.

 

The values found on Raw feed attributes: Content API are the values you submitted for each attribute in your product data via the Content API, while the values found on Final attributes are the processed values for each attribute in your product data for this item, with attribute modifications made by supplemental feeds, automatic item updates, with feed rules applied, and after attribute rejection. These are the values Google uses to display your products. Kindly check if there are any settings such as Automatic item updates (condition) or feed rules that is modifying the value for your condition for the Final attributes.

 

However, if the issue is with the Raw feed attributes: Content API not showing the correct valuesfor us to further investigate, kindly provide the following information privately:

  • Merchant Center ID
  • Complete API request and response logs in JSON format when you submitted your products with its correct condition

 

You can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, please send this requested information through our email <shopping-a...@google.com> instead for private purposes.

through curl request, it's updating correctly, but through SDK, it's not working, can you please help me how can I generate logs when I'm using C# SDK?

By mentioning C# SDK, are you pertaining to the Content API’s client library for .NET? If yes, then you may follow this discussion on how you can generate the API logs in your end. Once you have generated the said logs, kindly provide it to us along with your merchant account ID via Reply privately to author option, so that we can proceed in our investigation.

Have you checked your structured data? It seems to me your collected info might be collecting different data, you can check using: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

You can also check GMC > Products > all products > click on a product that has the issue > scroll to the bottom > view the collected information.
