Automatic update of the main feed

Hello!

This is the situation. We have a feed that takes data from the site through an Content API for Shopping. There is also an auto-updating main feed that makes changes. As a result, the prices do not match. Does this mean that we need to turn off the automatic update of the main feed?

Hi Diana,

When you mentioned auto updating, do you mean automatic item updates (AIU) feature? If so,  I recommend checking the price in microdata/structured data.

This is not a Content API feature.

Hello,

To stop the auto-item update functionality of the merchant center, you may refer to the following steps below:

• Click the setting icons on the upper right corner of your screen.
• Under the Settings tab, navigate and click the Automatic improvements.
• Within the automatic updates panel, click Edit.
• Uncheck all the update entries (e.g. price, availability, condition), then click save.

Please try it on your end, then let me know how it goes.
