Ad performance is low

Hi Team,

We have integrated google content api with our website but  Ad performance is low considering out other website uses same API and same platform.

Do we need to change image format from WEBP to JPG ?

As per your suggestion we have changed image format to JPG to webp,   can you please check with our account and let us know why we are getting less sale.

You can use the Reports service to retrieve performance metrics for your account. For more information about performance verification from the API, you may check this link. I would like to inform you that the reason behind getting less sales is out of scope for us. Please note that we can resolve technical issues / concerns related to the Content API.
