to Google Content API for Shopping

Hi,

When I create a new merchant account with accounts.insert the account is automatically subscribed to the Free listing program. I can't find anywhere to change that setting so my accounts is not joining the free listing program.

Could it be possible to add this to the API or a function to leave the free listing program?

I’m James from the Content API Team. Thank you for reaching out to us.

I completely understand your concern. However, it is an intended behavior that created sub accounts via API are automatically enrolled in Free listings if eligible, and there’s currently no way via API to disable that. That being said, you need to manually disable the said program via merchant center UI instead.
