I’m James from the Content API Team. Thank you for reaching out to us.

It appears that there is already an existing Content API feed on your merchant account which is the main reason why the Content API feed option within the given screenshot is disabled. Take note that there would be only one Content API feed per merchant account and it is capable of targeting multiple countries of sale.
