I’m afraid that we cannot further comment if that will work with scheduled fetch feeds or data feeds. I said this because we are not familiar with the functionality and behavior of those kinds of feeds. Kindly note that our support team can only provide assistance with Content API technical issues. For your reference that scheduled fetch feeds or File feeds are already outside of our expertise, you may refer to this forum post under `Issues with datafeeds outside of calls to the Datafeeds service` section.
However, from the Content API’s perspective, also as mentioned by my colleague in her previous email, it is recommended that you should enable or enroll your merchant account to those local programs first before you submit your products, otherwise it may result with this error: "channel Invalid channel: local".
For better assistance, I believe that the merchant center support team would be the right channel to address your issue and concern, as they are the primary support for any issues related to scheduled fetch feeds or File feeds.
