Removing / Editing Client IDs

Hi, I'm adding Contacts v3 integration to an app. I can successfully
add a Client ID for OAuth2 that has multiple callback urls, but when I
edit them (to edit or add more urls) I get an error that says "An
error has occurred. Please retry later." every time.

I have gotten around this by adding a new Client IDs with the correct
urls, but there's no way to remove unused Client IDs.

I was wondering what the best way to edit a Client IDs if I need to
add a callback url is?

Update: I am able to successfully update our credentials now (not sure
what changed), but I still don't have a way to remove old creds :)
