Title: WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Integration Developer, Need 3!

Location: Charlotte, NC

Rate: Market Rate (OPEN)

Duration: 6 Months, Likely To Extend

The developer must work with business partners to refine business requirements and gain a complete understanding of the business needs and deliverables. The developer will then build the solution and identify technical gaps and formulate a development plan to fulfill requirements, manage defects reported by testing teams, and support the installation process. Role will also be responsible for executing code quality initiatives.

Required:

*3-5 years developing software in WebSphere Process Server (WPS), WebSphere Integration Designer (WID), and JAVA

* Experience developing software in a team environment with multiple simultaneous work streams.

* Familiarity with writing design documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Familiarity with programming best practices with emphasis on architecture, performance, and maintainability.
