i want to login my account and edit the form.

What browser (or git/hg/svn client) are you using? On what operating
system? chrome on hp laptop


Please provide any additional information below.
the site is open only till 10th feb for scholarship form filling but the
site is not responding.it says student login is stopped till further
notice,whereas it is clearly mentioned in the notice that the site will be
open only till 10th feb 2016. if i wont edit the form i will need to pay my
full fees, which is not possible due to poor economic condition.
