AWS to GCP migration failed

Hi ,

i am getting a error "Finished job: RunInCloud on VM: i-0a05f75f2ffc9e473, result: Failed, reason: [Failed to create storage bucket, Connecting to Importer. io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: UNAVAILABLE: No destination service with id '172.31.89.10-9124'] (Sub-task failed)"

when migrating a vm from AWS to GCP, it is done from my personal accounts ,i have attached the velostrata ,any one please let me know what can be the issue , i have give org level permission for the services account as well just to check if the migration will be success but even then i am getting the same error

As the error suggests it did not find a destination service. Do you have a VPC on Google Cloud to host your Velostrata components and your migrated workloads? For Velostrata to function, the following link lists the type of firewall access needed from the source to the destination and their protocol and port. Add the applicable firewalls in your project and then see if it is able to find the destination.
