I have sent this query (below) to the Google Cloud Storge Helpdesk but I have received no reply from Google.

My billing account is suspended.
When I try to re-open it, I get this message: "You can't reopen this billing account because this account is not in good standing."
I have added a new payment method but I am still stuck.
What can I do to get this account working again?
