Data Transfer Service Via Program

Hi Team,

I had created a python script by referring https://cloud.google.com/storage-transfer/docs/create-manage-transfer-program  and it ran.

But I have been facing the below-mentioned issues:

1. The file is not migrating from source bucket to destination bucket. (I have cross-checked the bucket names)

2. Can I get help on how to write the Schedule end day in the script.

3. Use of "minTimeElapsedSinceLastModification"

PS: I am able to successfully transfer files using the console.
