connection string in asp.net website

I am using the trial version of Google Cloud SQL and want to know if I am able to connect my .net asp.net website to it by instatiating a connectionstring within the web.config file? If so how do I do it

The only external connectivity we currently provide is JDBC (external). So no .NET yet.
