Access user sa sql server

I'm new to the platform, I'm having difficulty regarding permission on the sql server, I wanted to know how I can access the sa user

As Cloud SQL for SQL Server is a managed service, in Cloud SQL, you cannot create or have access to users with superuser permissions, such as SA user. You may gain more insight on the "SQL Server users" documentation page.
