Hi,
Can anyone give me a recommendation on where to start learning about
building a google cloud database website front enď and a google
cloud database server back end that works with a wordpress website
designed to store and access data for a group of massive multiusers?
Im an old time coder so my skills are rusty but with a finger in
the right direction im hoping i should be ok to figure things out.

I'd suggest starting by taking a look at our PHP getting started guide here:
This will help you get a basic site with PHP up and running. If you're interested in how to store data, we have a few tutorials and options for you here:
That should help with building any stand alone applications. If you're specifically looking for how to run wordpress, I'd suggest taking a look here:
