[Memorystore/Redis & AppEngine] across projects

I'm currently having different projects using App Engine and Memorystore/Redis.

Is there any chance to access also redis from another project which is in the same zone?

I'm running App Engine flex with php5.6 and PHP Redis extension. Accessing redis from the same project is not an issue at all, but i can't get any connection from another project using IP 10.0.0.X.

In GCP, you can do this by setting up Redis/Cloud Memorystore in the host project of a Shared VPC https://cloud.google.com/vpc/docs/shared-vpc, however App engine Flexible projects cannot participate in a shared VPC.
