@harrietrad Hey, no worries. You're right - recap is a way to gather all the information about the meetings (recording, transcript, shared files etc) and the new collaborative meeting notes are replacing the previous notes

Quickly revisit highlights of your Microsoft Teams meeting recording with the meeting recap. In the meeting recap, the most important parts of a meeting are captured and organized in one place. View your meeting recording, shared content, and more without switching screens or apps.

To view the meeting recap, select the Recap tab in the meeting chat or Teams calendar event after the meeting ends. You can also open the meeting chat and select the recording or transcript thumbnail.

Languages supported in intelligent recap are French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish. If your meeting's spoken and transcribed languages are supported, all AI features will be available in Teams Premium.

Scores will be released immediately following the completion of sanctioned Drum Corps International Tour events, though technological limitations at some venues may cause a minimal delay in releasing score and recap information.

This is a recap of the first episode of season 2 of Ted Lasso. You absolutely should not read it if you don't want to be spoiled. You've been warned!

The AI-generated work order recap in Dynamics 365 Field Service provides a summary of a work order and its related data. Designed to help service managers, dispatchers, and frontline workers quickly understand the state of a work order and the next steps to take, the recap summarizes the work order's history, future actions, arrival times, work criticality, required parts, and other contextual information.

The work order recap feature adheres to responsible AI guidelines and avoids information that violates certain restrictions. The content of a recap isn't saved. It's only available to the user who generated it. Users must generate their own recaps, and the content is based on their permissions.

Use the like/dislike buttons in the Copilot recap control to provide feedback and, optionally, more context about your preferences. Your feedback helps us understand if the recap is useful or not and why.

When you generate a recap, the system uses the work order ID and your security profile to determine whether relevant data exists and that you have access to it. If so, the system pulls contextual information directly from the work order and related records to generate the recap content. The summary might include booking details, activities, notes, products, services, and service tasks involved in the work order, and related information like requirements, asset details, and invoice data.

Completed, Posted, and Canceled: The core information that's included in all recaps, including a summary of costs and prices and, for completed and posted work orders, invoice details.

Frontline workers can get valuable contextual information about their scheduled work using work order recaps in the Field Service mobile app. You can generate a recap on your mobile device and refresh it as you progress through the work order lifecycle. Your device must be connected to the Internet for the recap feature to work.

To enable work order recaps in the mobile app, an administrator must turn on Copilot Recap for Mobile Preview in the Field Service mobile app settings > Preview features.

All you have to do is log in and check your dashboard, where your Recap will be live starting December 13th for a limited time (until mid-January 2023). Oh, and we also made it easier to share it with the entire internet, too - at the bottom of your personal Viewer and/or Streamer recaps, you can download a shareable graphic to show off your year on Twitch with #TwitchRecap.

This overwhelming scale was nowhere more evident than in the keynote, which was standing room only. I can't really recap the entire show, but I do want to talk about some of the huge themes you'd have seen addressed in the keynote.
