I had this folder: C:/webdrivers with an old chromeDriver. Panther will first search in this folder, before going to look for the chromeDriver in the project/drivers folder

My chrome version got updated automatically to 115 version and when i run webdriver-manager update command why its downloading 114 version of chrome? Even i tried to download 115 version directly and paste it in webdriver manager and run webdriver-manager start command still it automatically picks 114 version exe even when that file is deleted.

We have some interfaces running, which uses selenium nodes with chrome browser. Unfortunately the chrome update on Knime server is automatic, and everytime a version update is made that is not supported by selenium the workflow fails.

Kimy is not helping you. Here's what I had to do. I completely deleted Chrome, go to uninstall programs and fully uninstall it, including manually going into your program files and deleting the Google Chrome folder. Then I downloaded the older version of Chrome, the last one before the recent update. Before you install it, disconnect from the internet. Then install the older version of Chrome and prevent it from updating. There are a few ways of doing this, I did option number 2: -automatic-chrome-updates-windows/ And then restart your computer and allow it to connect to the internet. Open Chrome and you should see the CAST option in the dropdown menu as before. Do not let it update. You will lose all your bookmarks and saved work but this is the only way I have found to continue using ChromeCast with your computer. Due to this experience, I will never buy another Google product again. Shame on them for disabling a product that thousands of people have purchased from them. If you make a purchase from Google, they will make it worthless whenever they feel like it. Bad business.

This started to happen in my ubuntu after I ran a system update last week. My chrome is in the latest version available (70.0.3538.77-1).

My ubuntu is Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, 64 bits.

The old versions of Chrome before V58 are packed as 7zip self-extracting executable. Just run the executable and extract the files under any folder on your hard drive.
