Memorystore: Client-side caching support

Hi,

I am looking into using Redis client-side caching: https://redis.io/docs/manual/client-side-caching/

This requires sending the following command:
CLIENT TRACKING ON 

(see https://redis.io/commands/client-tracking/)

However, it appears that the CLIENT commands are not allowed:
https://cloud.google.com/memorystore/docs/redis/product-constraints

127.0.0.1:6399> CLIENT TRACKING ON
(error) ERR unknown command `CLIENT`, with args beginning with: `TRACKING`, `ON`

Are there any reasons why Memorystore would disallow it?
