Error - NOREPLICAS Not enough good slaves to write

Hello friends,

Today for a 10-15 min period, we experienced this error when attempting to write to our "Standard" (replicated) Google Cloud Memorystore instance:

Error - NOREPLICAS Not enough good slaves to write

When visiting the console, the instance was in status "Under maintenance" and we couldn't perform any actions on it. Once it was no longer under maintenance, things recovered.

I wouldn't expect this to happen with the Standard instances but maybe with Basic instances. Alternatively I'd expect we could declare a maintenance window. Any thoughts?
