Public bucket

Hello,

I have a question about Google Cloud Storage.

A company wants to share some data with us. They want to upload the data in a cloud storage and then we download them.

My questions are:

1- Download the whole bucket by URL:
Is it possible that the company upload many files and folders to a bucket, then make the bucket public, and then send it URL to us, so we can download the whole bucket. I mean the whole bucket not objects inside the bucket.

2- To download a public bucket with URL, do I need to have a Google Cloud account or just having a Gmail is enough?

3- With a URL for a public bucket, is it possible to download the whole bucket in one download action not object by object?
