CloudEndpoint returns 504 once a while. At that time request does not reach GAE.

Hello Good Morning,

Context:

1. Java11 GAE, Automatic scaling, min_instances are available, min_idle_instances are available. Esp-v2 cloudEndpoint.
2. We have applications deployed to GAE java11.
3. In front of every GAE module/service, GoogleEndpoint (ESPv2) is deployed.
4. It is working nicely everywhere. However, it returns 504 once a while. I can see in the log that similar request returns nicely within a second above and below of Esp-v2 log but the similar request for another person is returning 504 after 60 seconds.
5. After inspection we found that the request is not reaching GAE.

It is happening in production and don't know what to do. Can you please give any pointer.
