Deploy Cloud Endpoints programmatically through Python

Is there any way I can deploy Cloud Endpoints through Python programmatically? The documentation doesn't seem to have any information on the REST API of Cloud Endpoints.

We have automated e2e tests that run bash scripts to deploy ESPv2. You can reference those.

But we just call the `gcloud` commands, we do not use the REST API.

Might be of use:

• We had a look at the Google Cloud SDK (which is developed in Python), to get a sense of what the logic are for the `gcloud endpoints services deploy...` commands
• This Run method contained the logic: https://github.com/google-cloud-sdk-unofficial/google-cloud-sdk/blob/8956b34d557f9f90f7d467bb1e61ee74f8c2be02/lib/surface/endpoints/services/deploy.py#L221
• These do however seem to use the gRPC versions of their client libraries (i.e. the Google auto generated gapic libraries) at https://github.com/google-cloud-sdk-unofficial/google-cloud-sdk/blob/8956b34d557f9f90f7d467bb1e61ee74f8c2be02/lib/googlecloudsdk/api_lib/endpoints/services_util.py#L296
• We have gone the golang route and their autogenerated api made it really easy to implement this using golang: https://pkg.go.dev/google.golang.org/api/servicemanagement/v1
