[new google account in gcp] This service is not available for your account

Hello I created a new account in google and I'd like to use it in GCP. When I try to connect using this new account I get this error.

Ce service n'est pas disponible pour ton compte in ENglish (This service is not available for your account)

 Does gcp require some life duration  for an account?

The issue that you are mentioning is not clear. 

How exactly you are using the new member account on the Google Cloud Platform? Were you having a trouble on adding the member account in Cloud Identity and Access Management (Cloud IAM)? If that's your scenario, as long as a member account belongs to this types and has necessary access privileges on respective Google Cloud Platform resources(this page shows you how to grant Cloud IAM roles to project members using the Google Cloud Console), then that member should be able to access those specific Google Cloud resources without any issues.

If you still think that the issue is connected with Google Cloud Platform, feel free to report it using issue-tracker. Please note that while opening the report you need to provide the exact reproduction steps along with any screenshots(if any). This could help the pin-point the issue and speed up the investigation.
