I would like to know how can I see the terms of agreement(the agreement for which we click 'I Agree' while creating an account) in my GCP console.

Hello, 

Which screen are you presented with, when you create an account in Cloud Console? To illustrate, you can attach a screen copy to your reply. In any case, these terms are generally available on the "Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service" page.
