Can't sign up at step 2

I can't proceed more. That loading icon in step 2 don't stop. What can I do?

Hello, 

To complete the Google Cloud Platform setup ( free trial ), In step 2, you should complete the payment information.

Make sure that your "Account type" is specified, "name and address" are provided, and the payment method is complete then click on "Start my free trial"

If the page stuck on loading, kindly close the window and try again.

Thank you for reply. I've tried a lot of time for signing up but still I can't proceed step 2. It shows nothing but the loading icon.

Since the screenshot seems to be in Chinese, it is not clear to me if you have been stopped in Billing step? If so, you may contact Cloud Billing support team to resolve the issue.
