How can I tell which *project ID* is associated with the *app ID* in the app store?

I have inherited a shipping app and there are a variety of project ids in the org's and I need to add Firebase messaging, but how do I know which project ID was used to create the app that is now in the store?  The store console only shows the app ID in the URL which isn't the same as the project id shown in the developer console

I am not aware of any ways to get that information from the GCP Console. But you might be able to find the ID on the Play Console [1] by going through the projects on your user account. It might be better to use Google Play support channels at the end of that page to get a clear answer to this question.
