GCloud Text to Speech - word timestamps

Is it possible to retrieve word timestamps with google cloud?

I searched through the API docs and couldn't find it.

Hi,

The Text-to-Speech API does not have the notion of Timestamps or gcloud commands. 

If you meant the Speech-to-Text API, the timestamps can be returned by adding the --include-word-time-offsets flag to your request.
