"This account is managed by google.com" - What was this added to my account?

Hi, 

I have contracted the development of my app (both iOS and Android) to a firm overseas. I have shared my Google account login information that I use for both Firebase and Google Maps API (This account was created just for development purposes). They have logged into this account multiple times over the past few months and have had no issues. By the way, if there is a better way of doing this, please let me know. 

The account now has a "This account is managed by google.com" notification above my name in the window that appears when I click my Avatar. The colour of my avatar in Google Cloud changed from Green to light grey with a person icon and a line. However on other Google services, the Green icon appears. 

What does this mean and will it have any effect on the development of the app?
