Cannot delete my project even though DialogFlow lien was deleted

Hi,

I have a Google Cloud Platform project I created a while ago. The goal of the project was to try out DialogFlow.

Yesterday I tried to delete the project in the project's settings and got the following error:

Unable to delete project "foo"

Project "foo" has one or more liens on it to prevent accidental deletion. To delete the project, remove the liens first then try again. Learn more

Lien origin

You cannot delete this project because it is linked with a Dialogflow agent. Please follow the link to Dialogflow and delete the agent: https://console.dialogflow.com/api-client/#/agent/.../

Description

Deletion blocked by Dialogflow. Remove lien

I deleted the DialogFlow agent but I'm still getting the error! Following the link "Remove lien" opens an empty DialogFlow page.

How can I delete my project?

The recommended way to overcome this issue is to use Cloud Shell commands and follow the procedure mentioned in this troubleshooting page.
