Error: [OR-CAVT-01]

Hi,
I am hopelessly trying to start my free trial, but I´m keep getting error: [OR-CAVT-01] when I try to authenticate with my bank ID.
There is no way to contact the support without a billing account.
I also send a half covered picture of my credit card to Google via some of there support pages to prove that I’m the owner.

Does anyone have any ide on how to get past this.
(I don’t want to get another credit card just for this)

Hi, 

I would suggest to reach out to Cloud Billing Support [1], as their services are included for all Google Cloud accounts for free billing and payments support inquiries.

You may access Billing support through your Cloud Console:
Support > Phone support > GCP Billing support

Hey 

So there is an issue if you leave in EU,
there is a new law(I think it's a law) where you're not able to make a charge of ZERO in the banks even if it's for confirmation only
Don't know if google are trying to solve this somehow but I managed by getting Revolut as bank and after I got verified by them (free of charge)
then I had no problems with starting the free trial! 
and I know this works for more than me because I told this to another person that had this problem and got it to work with same actions

Hello,
Cloud Billing Support won't speak to me without a Billing account, witch I cant activate.
I did get a Revolut account and I will try it this weekend. I will get back with the result.

I can confirm that using Revolut works!
